Insurance & Payments
You can count on our staff to work with you when it comes to making sure that you have the appropriate payment options available. We will file your insurance claims for you. Insurance plans can change frequently, so we will need you to call your insurance company and determine if we are “in network” or “out of network”. Deductibles and co-payments are due at the time of service but we will bill your insurance for the remaining balance.
Contracted with most major insurance companies
We are contracted with most major medical insurance companies, including (but not limited to): Blue Cross-Blue Shield, Aetna, United Healthcare, HealthLink, Humana, Medicare and more. We do also accept Medicaid but only upon referral and you must be within our referral area. We also accept Workers Compensation referrals. We accept all major credit cards and will happily make financial arrangements for any patients that are indigent.
We can file claims for you
We will file insurance claims to most insurance companies for you. We can take direct payment from insurance companies. You will have co-pay obligations that you are expected to meet and that is owed at the time the services are rendered. The balance will become your responsibility on anything not paid within 90 days by your insurance company. If you need to make adjustments, please call us immediately.
We are available 365 days a year
If you can’t make a scheduled appointment, please give us 48 hours’ notice to arrange that time for another patient.
